A TOP TIP FOR CLEANERS
Today’s top tip is for cleaners. I see the list below virtually every day when doing check-outs and it ends up costing the tenants extra money as it has to be re-done. The top notch cleaners I work with do this as standard, and whilst it might seem like common sense, it's surprising how often these items are missed. The 80–10–10 rule that applies to tenants
80% are good tenants who look after the property well and leave it in good order. 10% are exceptional tenants who go above and beyond with regards looking after a property and ensuring it is returned to the landlord in such a way that an inventory clerks and landlords heart sing with happiness. 10% are just awful! They leave properties filthy, damaged and cause stress and financial hardship to the landlord.
