We are required to keep all information for a period of 6 years in order to comply with UK Tax regulations.

Depending on the service required in order to fulfil the contract, this may include your name, a forwarding address and email address.

Any personal data we receive is kept on a secure server in the UK. Personal data is passed to relevant industry bodies / individuals at the start and end of a tenancy for which prior consent is sought.
