Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. There are no hidden fees.

Our prices are based on standard sized unfurnished properties. Any nonstandard properties would be quoted on and agreed before any works are carried out.

Furnished properties are charged at a slightly higher rate. We do reserve the right to charge a higher fee in the event a property is heavily furnished. This would be quoted and agreed on before works commenced.
​
We reserve the right to charge a £50 abortive visit fee if the works instructed cannot be carried out on the day agreed.
