CHECK-OUT

On the last day of the tenancy (or soonest working day thereafter), the final check-out inspection is carried out. All keys returned by tenants are checked against agreed inventory to ensure none are missing. Final meter readings are taken and photographed.

The condition of the property is then checked against the incoming inventory report. The clerk will note any and all changes and determine what is wear and tear, what is damage and if additional cleaning or gardening is required. This will be fully detailed in a comprehensive report with supporting photographs to highlight any issues raised.

Our reports clearly state who is responsible for what with regards cleaning and damages. We also make recommendations with regards ongoing maintenance/decorating to the property in order to assist the landlord maintaining their investment.
