A TOP TIP FOR TENANTS!

Please don't leave your cleaning materials, ironing boards and other personal items in properties when vacating under the guise of being helpful to new tenants who may have nothing. Invariably it is not and new tenants get annoyed and frustrated at having to clear out your left-behind items before they can fully move in.

Unless it is specifically agreed between out going and incoming tenants that an item can be left, rather err on the side of caution and leave nothing behind.

Be a special unicorn and leave nothing behind.
